Sea Serpent

This is a modle that has been sitting on my shelf since 2006.  I was painted at one time, then stripped recently to repaint it. The color pattern is the same as before. Only difference is that it probably looks better now then it did back in 2006 when it was first painted.

Its a  fun little model.  I wouldn't mind painting it again if a few different color schemes.  It is made by Eastern Front Studios.  Their web store is currently down for renovations, and should be up soon.  I heard that they were working on a new Facebook web store as well.  There was a Midgaurd Kickstarter early this year that ended which it was also an option.  I'm kinda sad that i didn't choose it, but the models I did pic from it, look fun to paint as well.   Hopefully I will be getting them soon. *Keeping fingers crossed*

And in other news, My 2 foster puppies are monster and love to snuggle.  Pixie the pom mix and Bebe the St. Bernard Mix are best of buddies!

Dervish Warrior

Since taking this photo, I have reworked the base by cleaning it up, and adding more color variants.  I will repost it, once I get a chance to retake the pictures.

I am particularly happy with the out come. It is possibly my best piece to date.

Something Old, Something New. Painting Miniatures

Lets start by saying that i hope to post  often, how often I am unsure.
May times i don't pay attention to my spelling, or grammar, so there is bound to be mistakes.

I like in my off time, to paint miniatures.  They are small figurines that normally represent some sort of fantasy or syfi units. The size I normally work with is 28- 32mm

I  tend to be a slow painter, so I wont post all my photos at once.
This is a Banshee, from reaper miniatures.  Most of the models I tend to  paint are from reaper, but I do paint other manufactures.
I wish i could take better photos, but my camera is sub-par for this scale.

Well if any one out there is reading, I hope you enjoy.
